COOKING TIPS

·       To prevent eyes from watering while cutting onions, dip knife in hot water.

·       Squeeze more juice from a lemon by popping it in hot water and leaving it for 15 minutes before squeezing for juice.

·       Tomato soup tastes marvelous with a pinch of brown sugar added to it.

·       Add a teaspoon of vinegar to the water when washing vegetables so that if there are any insects in the vegetable (especially during monsoons) they will fall out.

·       Use scissors instead of a knife to cut dry fruits, for pudding. It is faster.

First of all I wоuld like to say fantastіc
blog! I hаԁ a quicκ queѕtion which I'd like to ask if you do not mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had trouble clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there. I do enjoy writing however it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips? Many thanks!
